Dr. Rachel Dodds is an independent consultant as well as university Professor whose aim is to try to make tourism more sustainable.
Rachel is passionate about change within the industry and has over 25 years of experience including a number of books including: Overtourism: Issues, Realities and Solutions and Sustainable Tourism in Island Destinations.

Based in Canada, Rachel has been invited to work and speak about issues in tourism globally and has travelled to over 80 countries.
Past work includes projects for governments, large and small businesses as well as NGO's and community groups. She was invited to sit on Canada's Federal Government Advisory Council and has contributed to multiple global initiatives about sustainable tourism.
